Geraldine “Gerry” A. Miller, 81, of Garrettsville, OH, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025, with her loving family by her side. She was born July 21, 1943, in Cleveland, OH, to the late Theodore and Neoma (nee Hinski) Gwara.
She was raised in Braceville, OH, before moving to Garrettsville, where she spent most of her life. Gerry married her late husband, James w. Miller in 1972. Together, they opened their business, “Miller Lawn and Garden” in 1977 in downtown Garrettsville. Gerry enjoyed playing bingo and going camping with her family, which was the source of her joy.
Gerry will forever be missed by her children, Jennifer (Aaron) Click, Kathy (Jim) Bailey, Scott (Cathy) Miller, Judy (Dennis) Elwood, and Mike Miller; grandchildren, Austin, Makenzie, Kristen, Stephanie, Jimmy, Shawn, Brooke, Chelsea, Heather, Shannon, and Mike Jr.; 14 great grandchildren; siblings, Barbara (Jim) Tewell, Marty Whitacre, and Dave (Betty) Gwara, as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her sister, Carol.
