Learn Japanese Calligraphy II – Guest speaker Haruhide Osugi will speak about calligraphy again on Monday, July 16 at the Garrettsville Library from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Osugi, a Japanese outreach coordinator from Kent State University’s Department of Modern and Classical Languages, will go into more details regarding calligraphy skills and those attending will get the chance to try some new strokes. Attendees will also take home a completed project. Seating is limited, so call 330-527-4378 to reserve your seat today.

Crafting with Marian: Create a Bird on a Wire Platter – Join us at the Garrettsville Library on Monday, July 21 from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm for our next “Crafting with Marian” program. Using a lovely golden tray and paint, we will paint a beautiful picture to display. Paint and brushes will be used. All supplies will be provided. This is a free class, but there is a $5 fee to hold your spot, which will be returned the day of class. Spaces are limited so sign up today to reserve your space.
