The Hattie Larlham Foundation is excited to announce that the 35th Annual Sugar Bush Golf Classic, presented by The Middlefield Banking Company will be held Friday, August 20 at Sugar Bush Golf Club (11186 State Route 88, Garrettsville, OH 44231).

Held annually since 1986, this popular golf scramble tournament raises funds to benefit Hattie Larlham programs, services and facilities. The outing, which hosts more than 220 golfers each year, features a shotgun-style start with morning (7:30am) or afternoon (1:30pm) rounds. Golfers enjoy a day on the greens at one of Ohio’s top public courses with breakfast or lunch and an awards ceremony included. Participants can also qualify for several individual and team prizes through competitive contests such as  closest to the pin, hole-in-one, longest drive and putting.

“The Hattie Larlham Foundation is thrilled to be able to hold this community-driven event for its 35th consecutive year,” says Stephen Colecchi, Hattie Larlham CEO. “The annual contributions of our Sugar Bush Golf Classic committee members, golfers, sponsors and volunteers make a true impact in the lives of the individuals we serve. We are greatly appreciative of their combined generosity, considering all funds raised during this event directly support the Hattie Larlham Foundation.”

Golfers looking to hit the links can register online now at hattielarlham.org. Cost for the outing is $140 per golfer or $600 per foursome, which includes green fees, golf cart, food and opportunities to win prizes. Ticket(s) are also tax-deductible. Final day for registration is Friday, August 6.

Looking for additional ways to be involved? Sponsorship opportunities are another great way to support this event and are available online at hattielarlham.org. There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities including holes, meals, contests and more.
