Sally F. Everett, 65, of Garrettsville, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2022. She was born October 1, 1956, in Ravenna. to Robert J. & Jean (Russell) Farley. 

She grew up in Cortland and graduated from Lakeview High school in 1975. After high school, Sally went to the Deaconess School of Nursing in Cincinnati and graduated with a degree to become a registered nurse in 1978. After receiving her license, she moved to New Orleans, where she worked on the pediatric unit at Charity Hospital from 1978-1987. Sally went on to work at Wake Medical, Carteret Hospital, More Van Allen as a paralegal, then Duke Hospital as a researcher, and finally, University Hospitals in their ER, and then CDI. She enjoyed crafting with her Cricut and making projects for everyone. Sally had such a wonderful sense of humor and loved cooking and baking for her friends and family. The love of her two children and family, and all the memories created together during her 65 years will forever be cherished.

Sally will be deeply missed by her loving children, Paige and Scott Everett; mother, Jean Farley; sister, Denise (Mark) Ellerhorst; niece and nephews, Caitlin (Jacob) Lawless,  Andy (Zaia) Ellerhorst, Jeff (Lydia) Ellerhorst, Max (Karman) Ellerhorst, and Alex (Amie) Ellerhorst, as well as 13 great nieces and nephews, and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Farley and her sister, Sharon Farley. 

Per Sally’s wishes, she is to be cremated. Please join the family for a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 11:00 A.M., at Garrettsville United Methodist Church,  8223 Park Avenue Garrettsville, OH 44231, with Rev. Richard Thewlis officiating. Care for Sally was entrusted to Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231.
