Middlefield – Save the date! Geauga’s premier Home and Garden Show will kick start your long-awaited spring. March 25 (9 a.m. -7 p.m.) and 26 (8 a.m. – 3 p.m.) are the dates for this fabulous expo!

At this one-of-a-kind event, the Geauga Local Home and Garden Show brings together area producers, builders, suppliers and retailers giving attendees a comprehensive shopping experience, and it’s just the right time for your spring home spruce up and will inspire you for the coming months. 

This unique show is set in the heart of northeast Ohio’s Amish country, so not only do you get a taste of the newest home building and renovation offerings you can choose from the area’s finest craftsman, and all are located in one complex in two huge buildings.

By March’s end you’ll be itching to get out of the house to shop from all of these great suppliers: roofers, builders, finishers, flooring, painting, yard and lawn equipment, garden accents, home décor, appliances, baked goods, bird seed and feeders, carports, candles, essential oils, farm and gardening tools, financial services, hardware, harmonicas, health products, indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchen wares, natural food and products, office solutions, paint supplies, produce, fertilizers, recycling resources, septic systems, sewing machines, shrubbery, solar and lighting, storage buildings, stoves, swing sets, trailers, Thirty-one products, tools, Tupperware, water systems and windows and doors. Not to mention, a Silent Auction and lots of door prizes. And … you can enter to win a large storage building brought to you by Pine Craft Storage Barns!

This is the third year that the Geauga Local Home and Garden Show has been held at the Heritage Marketplace just north of Middlefield. So, when visiting the show, take some to time to peruse the other shops in the Marketplace, such as The Heritage Antique Mall, chock full of reasonably-priced antiques and vintage pieces. Also, on the west side of the Marketplace, you will find Heritage Naturals offering the healthiest in foods and supplements. The Geauga Amish Library features many historical books, clothing and collectibles from the Geauga Amish culture. In the Marketplace Mall, you will find everything from collectibles to antiques to candles. The Marketplace Café is a great spot to sit enjoy a sandwich, cup of coffee and some ice cream. Country Arts and Jewelry offers gems, stones, jewelry, southwest-themed décor, candles and many other gift ideas. Mel’s Shoes ‘n’ More offer a fantastic assortment of high-quality shoes, boots, outer wear, and gift ideas. Valley View carries a wide array of books and fabric.
