The August 3, 2026 meeting of the Garrettsville-Hiram Rotary went “back to the basics” , covering the range of group interests and activities, to wit:
• Tickets to the Rotary Night ball game with the Cleveland Guardians
• Financials–party expenses, International dues, etc.
• Upcoming Reverse Raffle–sponsor lists, income, charges, district interest, storage, additions & corrections
• Possibility of sponsoring a chess club again–availability of the library at the Renaissance Center
• Recruiting new members–local businesses, programs & speakers, Lunch & Learn, lockboxes (9/28 ?, 10/8 ?)
• Dictionary Project
• Refurbishment of the sign on the Headwaters Trail
• Progress on the abutment mural–rain delay.
Happy Bucks came in for dinner from the grandkids, cleaning, a bunch o’ blessings, how good it is to have a pulse, plenty of good stuff.
It’s all good.
