Facet Salon & Day Spa celebrated Customer Appreciation night on Wednesday, September 30. Guests were treated to free services and demonstrations of some of the salon services. The eyebrow waxing demo was a huge hit and quite a few guests took advantage of the half-price eyebrow waxing with Riley, one of the aestheticians at the salon. Other demonstrations the guests could see were a waxing demo, a wedding hair demo, and a blowout demo.
Guests were offered free paraffin wax dips which were also very popular. “At one point I had six people with paraffin gloves on laughing and chatting,” owner Rachelle Yarnell said. Every guest was entered into a raffle for $250 in spa or salon services as well as a basket of Paul Mitchell products. And guests were lined up for the free 10-minute chair massage with Correne.
Facet also launched a hair treatment package that saves $60 for three awapuhi wild ginger hair treatments, which rebuilds the hair and helps with hair loss and breakage. They also launched new memberships for massages, facials, and blowouts.
Rachelle prepared portable charcuterie cups and other snacks for guests to nibble on as they watched the demonstrations.
