Looking for an opportunity to gather with friends this summer? Just about every week, the folks at Crestwood Community Center in Mantua have something special planned, and all are welcome.
On Saturday, June 20th at 2 pm, the group will travel to the Porthouse Theater (3143 O’Neil Road in Cuyahoga Falls) to see “Grease.” The group plans to return to see “Side Show,” on Tuesday, July 7th for an evening performance at 8 pm. On Wednesday, July 10th at 10 am, the group will hold a book club in Jake’s upper room. On Friday, July 24th the group will be hosting a bake sale at the Farmer’s & Maker’s Market in Mantua from 4-7 pm.
On Saturday, August 1st at 2 pm, the group will travel to see “Brigadoon” at the Porthouse Theater. On Thursday, August 13th, a group will carpool to Playhouse Square in Cleveland to see “The Lion King”. For more information, email Crestwoodcommunitycenter@gmail.com.
On Friday, August 14th at 10 am, the book club meets at Jake’s upper room. On Friday, August 21st come for lunch at Sunny Lake at 11 am. Please note that an RSVP is required. On Friday, August 28th, Crestwood Community Center will host another bake sale at the Farmer’s & Maker’s Market in Mantua.
Please note that on Wednesdays, June 10th, 17th, and 24th, the Crestwood Community Center will meet at the Crestwood Central Offices located at 10880 John Edward Drive. Please enter in the front to check in at main office. On Wednesday, August 12th, the CCC will host a soft opening at this new meeting location, so watch the Crestwood Community Center Facebook page for updates.
