Bonnie Kissell

Bonnie Kissell, 72, of Wheaton, IL, formerly of Garrettsville, OH, passed peacefully surrounded by her loving husband and family on Friday, December 22, 2023. She was born September 14, 1951, to the late Henry and Eileen Holden.

She was a devoted mother, loving wife, adoring grandmother and great grandmother, and an avid gardener.  Bonnie was one to always keep busy in taking care of her family and others, planting, gardening, puzzling, cooking and baking from scratch.  She made those around her always feel taken care of and loved. Her family meant the world to her.

Bonnie will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 51 years, Earl; children, Douglas (Melissa) Kissell, Ryan (Shani) Kissell, Matthew (Tracy) Kissell, Gregory (Ellen) Kissell, Emily (Paul) Falvey, and Zachary (Kara) Kissell; grandchildren, Lakin, Kenadi, Tristan, Logan, Haley, Shelby, Aiden, Ella, Holden, Ava, Harrison, Hamilton, Cate, Claire, Declan, William, Radley, Jack, Emmett, Ace, Milo, and Finn; great grandchildren, Ainsley, Adam, Ryla, and Wren; siblings, Peggy, Hank, Andy, Susan, Norma, Kathy and Amy. 

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Please join the family for a memorial visitation Friday, January 12, 2024, 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024, 10:30 a.m., at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 10692 Freedom St, Garrettsville, OH 44231. PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH.
