Big Brother and Big Sisters volunteers are there to cheer on their Littles in all areas of life: school work, activities, family life, social interactions. By volunteering as a Big, you act as coach, cheerleader, role model, friend and mentor.
But you aren’t doing it on your own. You will have regular contact with a professional match support specialist who can share ideas for activities, help with communication, offer guidance with whatever you need in your match.
