The September 28, 2026 meeting of the Garrettsville-Hiram Rotary went straight to the point :more sponsors and donors are being sought for the Reverse Raffle–community-minded business, organizations and individuals all can make a contribution to this well-attended tradition while having a fine time with neighbors and friends. Tickets are currently available. Everyone is invited. The food is good; the fun is widespread; the date is November4, the location is SugarBush Golf Club. Step up to the tradition; make your plansbring your crowd. You’ll be glad you did. The G-HR participated in the fall fest at Hiram last weekend, getting out information on lockboxes, looking for new members, assisting with set-up and tear-down–community participation. The local tree-planting event will be held on October 12/19. This is a 6630 District-wide enterprise and will find a spot on the JAGHS campus. The StoryWalk of the PCDL/ Tom Collins Rotary Memorial Walking Trail in the South Street (Bill Phelps) Parl will be getting a new story in November. Check it out. There was discussion of where to keep event-specific club items when not in use; option are being considered. It’s all good
