Rosalie Franek opened Right Path Massage & Fitness in Hiram in 2015, and she’s been helping her clients follow the right path to health and fitness since then. But her own path in fitness began long before. A gifted athlete in high school and college, Rosalie’s journey in helping others in the wellness field started when she received a degree from BGSU with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology. Since then, she has worked with clients of all ages, from middle and high school athletes to cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients, from elite athletes to the severely deconditioned. She has been certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach for over 30 years.

The practice serves clients ranging from high school athletes, masters runners and cyclists from all over the city to olympic athletes that happen to be training in the area. Her therapeutic massage clients range in age all the way up to individuals in their 90s.

She’s worked with athletes at the University of Akron for years, and with the Akron Rubber Ducks, the Cleveland Indians AA affiliate team, since 2021.

Right Path Wellness also provides corporate wellness programming, including massage therapy, health coaching and basic nutrition services to corporate clients as well. Parker Hannifin in Ravenna and Saint-Gobain in Stow are currently following the Right Path on the wellness journey as well.

Now that her daughter, Bridget Franek LeMay, is back in the area, she’s joined the practice, ensuring that Right Path is on the right path to helping even more people live healthier, and perform better.

As a professional athlete, Bridget realized the benefits of massage on a regular basis, She and her family have returned to Ohio, and   “The reason I’m so excited about moving back,” Bridget shared, “is that I’m now going to be able to serve the community that supported me throughout my running career.

Bridget was a six-time State champion while at Crestwood, leading the girls team to their first-ever team State championship in 2006. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University as a twelve time NCAA qualifier, a ten time All American, the 2010 NCAA Champion in the 3000m Steeplechase. She has qualified to compete in Steeplechase for Team USA on four different occasions: Once at the under-23 year old NACAC games in Mexico in 2008, twice at the World Championships (Berlin, Germany in 2009 and Daegu, South Korea in 2011), and once in the Olympics in London, England in 2012.

Bridget received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University, and earned an MBA in Sports Marketing from the University of Oregon. She’s also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and a Licensed Massage Therapist. As a licensed massage therapist, she began working with the University of Oregon’s Athletic Programs in 2022. In her time with the Ducks, she has been the go-to therapist for star quarterbacks Bo Nix and Dante Moore.

She has had the opportunity to work on World Record holders in track and has worked with many, many other amazingly talented athletes in many other sports. While she enjoys working with athletes, she also loves helping anyone who walks through her door to move more efficiently and happily, with less pain and discomfort. She believes whole-heartedly in the power of massage to help people at all abilities, ages, and stages of life.

Together at Right Path, Rosalie and Bridget offer therapeutic and preventative massage, sports massage, chair massage, as well as health coaching & personal training.
