Forrest Victor Potter, 94, of Stow, Ohio, passed away on June 30, 2026, at Reserve Care, formerly known as Hospice of Medina County. Born March 16, 1932, in Nelson, Ohio, he was the son of the late Enery and Florence Potter, and brother of the late Judy Gribble, Bill Potter, and Hank Potter.
Forrest proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1955 during the Korean War. Later, he worked as an electrical engineer with General Motors prior to retirement. He resided most of his life in Nelson and Garrettsville, Ohio.
He was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Potter and proud father of the late Victor Potter. He is survived by daughters Helen Ward of Cuyahoga Falls, OH., Cynthia Termini of Valley View, OH, Mary Potter of Decatur, GA., and Eileen Hoffman of Stow, OH. Forrest also enjoyed his 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
