Annette Louise Wenger, 90, of Garrettsville, OH, went home to her Lord and Savior Monday, April 27, 2026. She was born January 23, 1936, in Newton Falls, OH, to the late Charles and Mary (nee Burkhart) Wenger.
Her family moved to Windham where she was raised and was proud to be Valedictorian of her class at Windham High School, graduating in 1954. Annette found joy in her younger days boating on Mosquito Lake with her own large boat. She began her career working for a local Ford dealership, then moving on to work many years for Charles Chevrolet. As an automotive bookkeeper, Annette was honored for her excellence by receiving many awards throughout her career; she even was awarded a paid vacation to Salt Fork Lodge. Annette was also a family caregiver for many years, offering love, support, and compassion. She often put family needs before her own. Annette enjoyed shopping, interior decorating, watching suspense and mystery movies, listening to music by Elvis, decorating for the holidays, as well as playing cards and doing crosswords and jigsaw puzzles. Above all else, Annette loved spending time with her family.
Annette will forever be missed by her daughter, Pam (Dan Halansky) Wenger; granddaughter, Amber (Garett) Wenger-Silvis, and great grandchildren, Xander and Alaina.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Christine (Burdell) Risch.

A funeral service will begin at the funeral home Friday, May 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Greg Coleman officiating. Annette will then be taken to Windham Twp.
