Geauga County – The Geauga County Retired Teachers Association (GCRTA) will hold a luncheon meeting on Tuesday April 1st at the Geauga County Library Administration Center at 12701 Ravenwood Drive, Chardon Ohio. (For directions and more information please visit: www.gerta.net). Attendees should arrive at 11:15 for the 11:30 business meeting followed by lunch at noon. The menu will include: chicken cutlet, pecan salad, pasta, rolls/garlic bread, coffee or water, and cookies. The program speaker will be Cheryl McClellan who will give an ‘Introduction to Genealogy’.
The cost of a reservation is $15.00 which includes a dollar donation to Grant-in-Aid. Please write your check to GCRTA and submit by Thursday March 27, 2014. Reservations should be mailed to Judy Miller 17130 Kinsman Rd, Middlefield, Ohio 44062. Her phone number is 440-487-4324.
Guests are encouraged to bring a newly retired teacher, retired school personnel, or another attendee who may need a ride. Please remember to bring paper products or canned goods for the ‘Geauga County Hunger Task Force’. Rides to the luncheon may be arranged by calling Geauga Transit @ 285-2222 or 564-7131, Ext. 516 a week in advance to make your transportation reservation.
