Patricia A. Wilimczyk, 76, of Akron, OH, formerly of Garrettsville, OH, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 11, 2025. She was born March 8, 1949, in Warren, OH, to the late Frank and Geraldine (nee Heeter) Wilimczyk.
She was raised in the Nelson-Garrettsville area and was a proud graduate of James A. Garfield High School. Patricia enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, and was a talented seamstress. She was active with 4H & Girl Scouts of America and never wavered with her faith in God.
Patricia will be deeply missed by her children, Tami (Sean) Borawiec, Adam (Althea) Menough, Laurie (Beau) Norton, Bronwyn (Nick) Carr; grandchildren, Andrew Claar, Mason Borawiec, Brant Borawiec, Gavin Borawiec, Forrest Menough, Tylar Menough, Jonah Menough, Hannah Norton, Landon Norton, Carson Norton, Tucker Norton, Aubrey Carr, Luke Carr; several great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Elizabeth Claar; son, Noah Menough, and grandson, Owen Carr.
Services for Patricia are private and were entrusted to Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231.
