Mantua Community Roast

103

The Rotary Club of Mantua is set to host its first-ever Mantua Community Roast on Friday, November 8, 2024, at the Mantua Corners Catering and Event Center. This lively event will shine a humorous spotlight on six of the community’s most notable figures, offering a unique evening of laughter, camaraderie, and good-natured ribbing.

The “roastees” for the inaugural event include a diverse group of Mantua’s finest:

Edie Benner, Community Activist; Chad Delaney, Preacher Extraordinaire; Tammy Meyer, Mayor par Excellence; Matt Roosa, Chief of the Fire Brigade; Dan Tillett, President of the Crestwood School Board; Joseph Urso, Mantua Village Police Chief

Each honoree has graciously agreed to participate in this playful roast, where their contributions to the community will be celebrated through witty banter and humorous stories. The event offers a chance for residents to come together and enjoy a lighthearted evening filled with laughter.

Tickets for the Mantua Community Roast are priced at $45 per person, which includes a buffet dinner. A cash bar will also be available throughout the evening. The event will run from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, making it a perfect opportunity to kick off the weekend with some fun and fellowship.

For those interested in attending, tickets can be purchased online at www.mantuarotaryclub.org or by contacting any Rotary Club member directly.
