Darla D. Crites, 60, of Freedom Twp., passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2023. She was born December 2, 1963, in Warren, to Donald Davison and Sandra (Judge) Davison-Carroll.
She enjoyed working as a bartender for many years, as well as working as a cook. Darla also worked for many years at Xerox. She liked to read, spend time with family and friends, go to the beach, and coloring with her grandkids. She also loved going to the races and watching NASCAR.
Darla will be deeply missed by the love of her life, Scott Crites; children, Joseph (Sarah) Crites and Lisa (Todd) Saylor; grandchildren, Payton, Haley, and Christopher Ihrig, Jayden and Brooklynn Saylor, Emily and Dylan Crites; father, Don (Cherie) Davison; siblings, Bob (Debbie) Davison, Don (Betty) Davison Jr; Bonus siblings, Chuck (Angie) Monroe, John (Jennifer) Monroe, Connie (Art) Cogar, Stacey (David) Wheeler, and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends, and especially her dog, Hank.
She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Sandy Carroll.
