Ravenna – The Auxiliary of Robinson Memorial Hospital will again sponsor a farmers market twice a month on Fridays from 11am – 1:30pm beginning June 14 through September 27. The markets will be held outside in the parking lot of the hospital, located at 6847 N. Chestnut Street in Ravenna.
The dates of the market are: June 14, June 28, July 12, July 26, August 9, August 23, September 13, and September 27. Free blood pressure screenings will be offered on June 28, July 26, August 23 and September 27 during the market.
“The previous farmers markets held at Robinson were popular with staff and the surrounding neighborhoods. The Auxiliary looks forward to offering fresh, local produce on the hospital grounds again at a new, convenient time during lunch,” said Sandy Haskell, director of volunteer services and community relations at Robinson Memorial.
