“A GIFT OF LOVE” Benefit/Event for Synthia Suzelis

3933

Newton Falls – On Friday April 2nd, Synthia Suzelis had a massive hemorrhagic stroke. She spent a week at University Hospitals in Cleveland, then went to Hillside Hospital in Warren.  She is now at home.

The stroke has left her with total left sided paralysis, along with various mental deficits. She will be out of work and not receiving a paycheck. We have faith that she will make a full recovery. But, in order to get her to that place, the family is in great need of help.

Synthia and her husband Ted own Healthy Treasures Health Food Store on Broad Street in Newton Falls. Synthia is also a Health Advocate at Suzelis Holistic Health in Newton Falls.

As friends, neighbors and fellow business owners, we are coming together to celebrate, honor, and give our love to Synthia and her family by raising money for her on-going medical expenses….many of which are not covered by insurance.

A dinner is being planned for August 8 from 12-5 pm at St Peter of The Fields Catholic Church, 3487 Forge Rd., in Rootstown.  This will be by advance sale tickets only – $15 per person and purchased by JULY 24. Dinner to include Roast Beef, turkey, potatoes, vegetable, dessert and drinks.

We are asking for your help in any way possible: Baskets for a raffle; Items for a live auction which could include gift cards & gift certificates; Cash donations to help offset the expenses of the dinner.

Tickets for the meal can be purchased from: Pam Talanca (Broad Street Vintage) 330-307-1988; Pam Gregory  330-442-3998; Cyndi Hogue  330-219-9566 or at the Healthy Treasures Health Food Store 330-872-1119

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any help you can provide for this “GIFT OF LOVE
