Mantua – In these uncertain times, good news is always welcome. And for those of you who frequent Haylett’s Corner store, you’ll be happy to know that the local business has plans to expand in the near future. The store is already offering grab and go items at Restoration 44 — items that are exclusive to the local coffee house. The coffee company recently posted about it online. “Shop Local! A special shout out to Haylett’s BP for keeping our cooler stocked with sandwiches, snacks and drinks that are exclusive to R44. Visit Haylett’s at their main location near Mantua Corners and watch for new locations coming soon!”
And now according to owner Shawn Haylett, if everything progresses as planned, Haylett’s will take possession of the Save-4 stores in Mantua (at State Route 303) and in Garrettsville (on State Route 88) in early April. Haylett notes that the locations will begin selling grab-and-go deli items, but will transition into offering new products.
The soon-to-be aquired locations will continue providing fuel, as does Haylett’s flagship store in Mantua (on State Routes 82 and 44). Haylett noted that they have already been added six new employees so far to help with the transition. They hope to retain current employees, and look to add more positions as opportunities grow. To keep apprised of the latest developments, follow Haylett’s BP on Facebook or stop in to see their progress.
