It is time for Garfield School’s annual visit from the Mobile Dental Team!
They will be on the school campus March 3rd and will be available to evaluate and offer treatment to any student who has not received dental services in the past six months.
Services offered include a dental exam, cleaning, x-rays and fluoride treatments. Sealants may also be provided if necessary.
Mobile dental will bill private dental insurances, Medicaid and scholarships are also available for covering services. No child will be denied services for an inability to pay.
If you would like your student to be seen, please complete and return the permission form that is being sent home with your child. Permission forms are due by February 2. Forms are also available in the school office or may be completed online at myschooldentist.com.
