The Senior Center is open for breakfast Mondays from 7a-Noon. A full menu is offered from scrambled eggs to Belgian waffles. The meal is from 5-6:30pm, the last Thursday of the month, January through October, at Mantua Center Christian Church, 4118 State Route 82 in Mantua Township. Cuyahoga River: Past, Present & Future

The Cuyahoga River: Past, Present and Future program starts at 2pm on Saturday, Aug 23. 6549 N Chestnut St, Ravenna, OH 44266. The Cuyahoga River has played an important role in Northeast Ohio since the end of the last ice age, and has been utilized by humans over the last 10,000 years. This slideshow presentation will be given by Anthropologist Robert Kunst. Free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.

Community Outreach God Provides A Meal

Windham UMC will be having their monthly God Provides meal on August 29, 2025. The menu includes Sloppy Joe’s, coleslaw , applesauce and cake. This is a free meal, open to the public. You must reserve your meal ahead of time. If you would like a meal, contact Mary at 330 -245-6889. The meals can be picked up between 4 and 5 pm. It is drive thru only. The church is located at 9051 N. Main Street, Windham, OH 44288. No Financial questions will be asked. The only questions we ask are how many are in your household and the birthdays of each person.
