Wayne E. Schisler, 77, of Nelson Twp., OH, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023. He was born September 2, 1946, in Salem, OH, to the late Orrin Schisler and Frances “Juanita” (Long) Schisler-Donaldson.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran who served in the Vietnam War as a gunner. Wayne worked at Johnson Rubber Co. for many years before retirement. When he was younger, Wayne enjoyed riding his motorcycle, listening to music, and watching movies, and was especially partial to Westerns.
Wayne will be deeply missed by his wife, Suzanne Schisler (Zaniewski); sons, Michael (Melissa Smith) Schisler, of Painesville, OH, and Ben Schisler, of Nelson Twp.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
