Novelty, OH – Geauga Humane Society’s Rescue Village announces Woofstock 2012, Northeast Ohio’s largest (and coolest!) one-day, outdoor fundraising festival for dogs and their people. Raise funds to help Rescue Village touch the lives of 4,000 animals every year.
Join the fun at Woofstock on Sunday, September 23, 2012 at beautiful Holden Arboretum. Strut your mutt in our one-mile dog walk, shop in dog-friendly Vendor’s Rrrow, or enter Fido in cool canine contests. There will be adoptable pets and don’t miss the beloved Annual Blessing of the Animals at 9:30am. A complete list of festival activities can be found at www.geaugahumane.org/events/woofstock.html or follow us on Facebook.
Start fundraising online to earn cool prizes – visit www.geaugahumane.org. Parking is $5 and all proceeds will be donated to Rescue Village. Come and join us. It will be a howl!
