Aspire Programs
Mondays & Wednesdays
The Portage County Maplewood Aspire Program will begin offering GED, Adult Diploma and ESOL classes at the Kent Free Library on Wednesday, January 3rd from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays during this time. Prospective students are required to first attend an orientation session prior to entering class at the Kent Free Library. Please call 330-235-0020 to schedule orientation. Orientation sessions are offered every 2 weeks throughout the year, during both the morning and evening. Farmington Senior Center Breakfasts

St. Anselm Christmas Boutique

St. Anselm Christmas Boutique will be held on Saturday, November 11, 9:00 to 4:00 at St. Anselm School, 13013 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland (Rt. 306, 1/2 mile south of Rt. 322). Admission is $1.00. There will be over 70 craft vendors from the area. There will also be a bake sale, a snack bar, and a prize raffle with many great prizes. Join the Boutique Bounce by also stopping at Old South Church, 9802 Chillicothe Rd. in Kirtland and St. Mark Lutheran Church at 11900 Chillicothe Rd. in Chesterland on the same day. Pick up a card at your first stop and have it stamped at each show for a chance to win one of three gift baskets. Drawing will be held on November 12.
