Townhall Will Continue Offering Services To Clients

1346

Although Gov. DeWine has issued a “Stay At Home” order, Townhall will remain open because we are considered to be an essential business.  The only change is that we can no longer have face-to-face sessions with our outpatient counseling clients- no groups will be held and individual sessions will be done over the phone.  Clinic patients should still come for their appointments unless told otherwise.  Per the Governor’s order, this change will remain in effect through at least Monday April 7.

• If you are current counseling client, CALL your counselor at your scheduled appointment time and your session will be done over the phone.  If you don’t have an appointment scheduled, please call us at 330.678.3006 so that you can get one scheduled.  Remaining involved in treatment services is really important during this stressful time!

• If you are a new client who has scheduled an Assessment, your appointment is still good and if you’re healthy, please come in for your appointment.  We will continue to follow Social Distancing recommendations during this appointment & we will be taking your temperature when you arrive.  PLEASE DO NOT COME IF YOU FEEL ILL!

• Horizon House & our Clinic remain open, but we can’t accept new Horizon House residents for now.

We are putting together procedures for using video chats for our counseling.  We will use a website called doxy.me that is designed exactly for this.  If you can, please provide us with an email address so that we can send you a confidential link once this is up and running.  Phone-in sessions will also continue.

Townhall II’s Helpline is always available (330.678.4357).  If you have questions, concerns, or want to schedule an appointment, call us at 330.678.3006.  Be well and stay safe!
