Those with horses are invited to register for a unique horseback activity designed to unify and educate trail users: Geauga Park District’s annual Trail Horse Nature Challenge on Saturday, September 22, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Swine Creek Reservation.
Participants and their horses face a 1- to 2-hour challenge course with natural trail obstacles and Nature trivia, helmets recommended. Awards and certificates will be given in youth and adult divisions.

Upon arrival, participants will be assigned departure times in advance in order of registration, and will ride out individually or in pairs at a leisurely pace, as time is not a factor in this event. Riders may also choose to continue park exploration independently once they have completed the course.
