Cairo Svonavec, a freshman at James A. Garfield High School, was recently diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of gastric cancer called gastric adenocarcinoma. Her family is holding a fundraiser dinner to help her receive the best comprehensive care possible.
The dinner will be held on October 28th from 1pm-6pm at the Windham Community Center, located at 9647 E. Center Street, in Windham. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for children. The meal will include spaghetti, a roll, and a side salad.
There will also be a Chinese auction and a 50/50 raffle, with multiple chances to win great prizes.

Cairo is a kind and loving young woman with a huge heart. She embraces life to the fullest and has no limits when it comes to loving other people, her family, and especially animals.
