Shalersville – Come One, Come All, Shalersville residents to the annual Shalersville Community picnic Sunday September 25, 2022, at the Town Hall. The family-friendly event is sponsored jointly by the township trustees and the Shalersville Historical Society. This year’s theme is CELEBRATE PORTAGE and the honoree will be Ray Markward. The doors to the Town Hall will open at 12:30 with dinner beginning at 1 PM. Chicken, drinks, & paper products will be provided. Please bring a favorite dish to pass. After dinner there will be a Chinese auction and also an auction of two impasto palette knife paintings of barns painted and donated by Dr. Robert Kroeger.
