Ruby V. Adamson, 87, of Ravenna, went to be with the Lord in the early morning hours of Thursday, April 4, 2024, in Middlefield, Ohio. She was born in Big Lick, Virginia, on February 23, 1937, to the late Ernest and Viola (nee Wertz) Arnold.
On August 16, 1969, Ruby married John Adamson and they shared nearly 24 years together, before he traveled to heaven. She loved bibles and bible verses and Ruby found solace and joy in feeding the birds and watching them on her patio. She also loved to shop; although she could shop for nearly anything, she especially loved to shop for clothes, patio furniture, and for others.
Ruby will be deeply missed by her children, Janet (Tony) Krokos, John (Mary) Farley, Robert Farley, Glenna (Lynn) McCoy, and Karen (Alan) Stebner; several very cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren, and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and dear son, Richard Farley.

A funeral service will begin at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. Ruby will then be taken to Park Cemetery, where she will lovingly be laid to rest with John.
