Ravenna School District regrets to announce the resignation of Treasurer Candi Lukat, effective March 31, 2024. After two and a half years of dedicated service to our district, she has decided to pursue other opportunities.
In response to Ms. Lukat’s departure, Ravenna School District has taken proactive steps to continue our financial operations. We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a contract with the Educational Services Center of Northeast Ohio and Northcoast Shared Services Alliance to secure an interim treasurer.
During this transition, Sherry Tyson and Ryan Pendleton will be overseeing the finance responsibilities. Their combined expertise will ensure seamless financial management while the district conducts a thorough search for a permanent replacement.
The Ravenna School District is committed to ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining the trust and confidence of our stakeholders during this period of change. We wish Ms. Lukat the best of luck in her future endeavors.
