Portage Park District Hosts Headwaters Trail Improvement Meeting

Ravenna – The Portage Park District is seeking public input regarding improvements to the Headwaters Trail, an  8-mile multipurpose trail from Garrettsville to Mantua.  A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 26th, 7:00 pm at the James A. Garfield Elementary School, located at10207 ST RT 88 in Garrettsville.

The Park District intends to request grant funding to improve the trail, parts of which are almost 20 years old, and would like to hear suggestions for ways to increase its use and enjoyment.
