Norma L. Baker (nee Gill) was welcomed into the arms of her Lord & Savior on Thursday, May 17, 2018, with her loving family at her side. She was born on July 21, 1925 in Copley, Ohio to Leo P. and Emma G. (Getz) Gill.
Norma loved her faith and gathering with the neighborhood friends.
Survivors are her daughter, Susan Reall; grandchildren, Steven (Kim), Brandon (Kelly), Melissa, Shannon and Brian; great granddaughters, Taylor and Elizabeth; daughter-in-law, Kathy Baker; brothers, Jack (Pat) Gill, Stan (Nancy) Gill, Ron (Cynthia) Gill; sister, Helen Danku; sister-in-law, Becky Gill and many nieces and nephews.
Norma was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles (Tom) Baker, with whom, she was blessed with 61 years of marriage; son, Phillip Baker; son-in-law, John Reall; brother, Ken Gill and sister and brother-in-law Pauline & Ralph Ross and brother-in-law Lou Danku.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, May 24, 2018 10:00 AM at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 10692 Freedom St., Garrettsville, OH 44231. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
