Aurora – Ever wonder what kinds of creatures can be found in a creek? We’ll start at the Moebius Nature Center, 929 E Mennonite Rd in Aurora, and take a short hike to the creek for this program on July 14th from 2-4pm. Get ready to explore what lives just below the surface using seines and dip nets. Cleveland Metro Parks naturalist Jeff Riebe will be our guide. We’ll search for minnows, aquatic insects and salamanders. Wettable shoes and clothing are highly recommended. Dip nets are available in addition to bringing our own; if you have them. There is no cost to attend this program. This program is intended for adults and children 8 years and up. Register at www.mymnc.org before the event or join us on site.
