Mervin Gene Campbell, 67, of Windham, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at his residence. He was born on January 4, 1953 in Minden, West Virginia to William and Alma (Reed) Campbell.
He proudly served his country as a United States Marine and was a member of the Windham American Legion Post #674. Gene loved sports and was a Cleveland Browns and Indians fan.
Gene will be deeply missed by his loving sisters: Carol (Clyde) Craycroft, Karen Lynn Garner and Diana Sue (Rolan) McCumbers and many beloved nieces and nephews, and special friend Mary Barnes.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Betty Jean, Ronald, Donald, William, Thomas and Michael.
A graveside service for Gene will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2020, at 10:00 AM at Windham Township Cemetery with full military honors.
