Maplewood Career Center is set to launch its upcoming evening programs for adults, offering significant discounts on tuition and new opportunities for career advancement. The Precision Machining program, which typically costs $1,300 for 18 weeks, is now available for $675, thanks to a partnership with the Lozick Foundation. As an added incentive, students will receive a complimentary toolkit valued at $500 upon completion.
The center is also offering its Dental Assisting course at a reduced rate of $1,500, down from the usual $1,925. The 24-week program will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with classes starting on October 22, 2024.
Maplewood’s year-round offerings include programs in Modular Industrial Maintenance (covering Electrical, Fluid Power, and Mechanical), Modular Welding, and Medical Billing & Coding. In addition, Life Enrichment classes such as Excel, Word, Dog Grooming, and cooking are available to the community. Interest-free payment plans are offered to make enrollment more accessible.
