Colleen Brown and John Vennetti from the Portage County Board of Developmental Disabilities will be speaking to Rotary Club of Mantua at their meeting Thursday April 21, 2022. Their program sponsors the Special Olympics for Portage County and provides numerous other programs for special needs children and adults in our area.
