This beautiful lady was abandoned outdoors when her previous owners moved away. A friend called and asked for my help, and so I took her in. Lara is stunning. She has beautiful long black and white hair, and her tail is so fluffy and full. She is a larger cat weighing about fourteen pounds, and she is spayed and vaccinated.
She has tested positive for FIV but has been fine in the company of my other cats. FIV is a cat specific virus. You cannot catch it. It is spread to another cat via a deep bite wound. Most cats can and do live full lifespans with the FIV virus. FIV is not the same as leukemia.
