Kathleen Mary Towles passed away in the evening of Wednesday, February 11, 2026. She was born in Cleveland, OH, on July 24, 1942, to the late William Williams and Elizabeth (Rankin) Williams.
She was raised in Windham Twp. and Freedom Twp. and was a proud graduate of James A. Garfield High School, then later, Kent State University. Kathleen retired from GE’s Ravenna Lamp Plant and was a member of the Warren First Church of the Nazarene. Kathleen was proud that her lamps lit the Statue of Liberty’s Centennial celebration and the opening of the Cleveland Indians’ Jacob’s Field.
Kathy will be deeply missed by her husband, Bob, with whom she was blessed to share 56 years of marriage; son, Bob Jr.; grandchildren, Zach, Josh, and Abby; brothers, Jim and Bob, and many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Deborah; sister, Sharon, and brothers, William Jr. and Donald.
