Jessica Marie Duvall (nee: Wojciak) was taken to be with her Lord on May 17th, 2025 in Tampa, Florida.
She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 12th, 1981 to her mother Elizabeth Laning (nee: Wojciak).
Jessica graduated from James A. Garfield School in Garrettsville, Ohio in 2000, where she had a passion for academics and was Valedictorian of her class. She continued her education at John Carroll University majoring in English and Psychology.
She relocated to Tampa, Florida with her husband Adam Duvall where she changed her major to Culinary Arts and graduated with honors from The Culinary Arts Institute in 2018. In the spring of 2024 she was accepted to Johnson and Wales University for her Masters degree in Culinary Management.
She enjoyed spending quality time with her husband Adam and her two children, Brennan and Quinn, often visiting Universal Orlando and Disney World. She loved being a wife and mother and enjoyed rock music, watching movies, particularly the Avengers movies and Harry Potter.
She loved her job as a Nutritionist for the Hillsborough City School District.
She is proceeded in death by her stepfather John Jay Laning III. Survivors include her husband of 21 years Adam Duvall; son Brennan; daughter Quinn; mother Elizabeth Laning; sisters Anna (Tyler) Fehlinger; Jaclyn Laning; niece Kathryn and nephews Lyrik, Jaxtyn and Emmett.
The family welcomes family and friends to a Celebration of Life Service at the Nelson United Methodist Church, 9367 State Route 305 in Garrettsville, Ohio on June 25th at 11 am. After the service, the family welcomes all to a reception across the street at The Nelson Community House.
