Jesse Cataline, 86, beloved Father, was called to his eternal resting place on August 16, 2018. He entered this world on February 26, 1932 in Wyco, WV, born to Pete and Lucille Cataline
He lived in Garfield Heights for forty years. Jesse was owner and operator of Cataline Deburring in Bedford Oh. before retiring and moving to Garrettsville. Jesse was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He served from 1948 to 1950.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Irene (nee Knuckles) Cataline, whom he married on July 10, 1960, of the home; sons, Jesse Jr. (Susan) Cataline of Garrettsville Oh, Steve Cataline of Falls Mills, Va. and William (partner, Julia) Catalina of St. Petersburg, Fl.; daughters, Pamela (Thomas) Burserean, Cheryl D’Amico of Medina, Oh; daughter in law Brenda Cataline of Falls Mills Va.; 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
Jesse was preceded in death by his son, Clarence Cataline; brothers, Clarence Cataline, Ernest Cataline, Roy Cataline, Pete Cataline and William Cataline; sisters, Louise Blankenship and Pauline Joynes.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 6-8PM at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio 44231. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2018, 12 PM with full military honors at the funeral home with Dr. Michael E. Carlson officiating.
