Tim Smith gave a wide-ranging program–broadcast to his other family members–on the well-known & loved Garrettsville Paint & Glass which, from the 1960’s, occupied the Mott Building, now the home of the James A. Garfield Historical Society. He told of familyadventures (His brother and sister were probably snickering and commenting as the information rolled out) at the business, how business was different “back in the day”– prices particularly, products available, his dad’s jack-of-all-trades expertise.  There were pictures too, striking some memory chords for many in the audience.

A good  time was had by all…to coin a phrase.
