This month’s selected title is Before We Were Yours by Lisa Wingate. Inspired by survivor stories of Georgia Tann’s child kidnapping and adoption for money scandal, our story unfolds as victims of The Tennessee Children’s Home Society of Memphis and their descendants discover their true identities. Copies of the book are available at the reference desk.
