Garrettsville – On Saturday, April 13, the 4th Annual Safety Forces Fundraiser will be held at the GFN Fire Station located at 8035 Elm Street from 11 am – 4 pm. This is a fundraiser for the Associations of both the Garrettsville-Freedom-Nelson Fire Department and Community EMS.
There will be over 40 different and unique vendors and crafters. Additional parking is available at Community EMS.
Then on Sunday, April 14 you can join Community EMS District for an Easter Egg Hunt, taking place at the station. Age groups are 2-3, 4-5, 6-7 and 8-10. All participating children must be registered prior to 4:30 pm. Each age group will go separately, with the first group starting at 4:30 pm sharp! One boy’s bike and one girl’s bike will be given away, compliments of the Community EMS Association. Texas Roadhouse in Niles has provided a special coupon for the first 100 children registered.

Donations of non-perishable food items will be accepted and appreciated to support the Nelson-Garrettsville Community Cupboard
