Mantua Village welcomes Healthy Hearts Wellness and Yoga studio to their new location at 10702 Main St. Krystal began her love for yoga in 2020 when she started taking classes at Essentialzen. She saw firsthand how yoga made such an impact on healing the mind, body, and spirit. The way that those teachers helped her, inspired Krystal to want to do the same for others.
After a year of classes, she realized that she, too, wanted to help others in the ways that her teachers did with this yogic practice. In 2022, she was certified as a 200HR RYT at the Studio of Cleveland. That same year she also started with Stretchlab as a flexologist and certified in applied stretching and theory. This was just the beginning… In 2023 she wanted to take her practice even further. She discovered Thai massage and how incredibly healing it was. She then expanded her practice to Reiki level 2 and in 2024 became Emotion Code certified.
Krystal Buxa offers all of her services at Healthy Hearts Wellness and Yoga. From yoga classes, Thai massage or the energetic practice of Reiki and/or Emotion code.

Krystal is passionate about helping others to find their inner peace by bringing breath and movement together as one to create ultimate healing and tranquility. It has been a dream of hers for a couple of years to open a studio. Now that she has, she is very excited to share this with her hometown friends and family.
