This summer, Coca-Cola Freestyle invited Americans to concoct their own signature beverage recipes – and potentially win $10,000 – through the first ever “Make Your Mix” contest. In June, fans entered by mixing two or three of Coca-Cola Freestyle’s nearly 200 drink choices and sharing photos or videos of their mixes on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #MakeYourMixContest.
Now, the submissions have been narrowed down to five finalists – and Garrettsville local, Cheryl H., was recently announced as one of the five. Cheryl and the other finalists will have their mixes available for America to try on 50,000+ Coca-Cola?Freestyle machines nationwide from Aug. 26 until Nov. 4. During that time, consumers will be able to cast their votes for their favorite mix by selecting and pouring it at a Coca-Cola Freestyle dispenser- the winner will be determined by which fan-created mix attracts the most pours (by volume).
Cheryl is creative by nature and loves mixing different flavors in her cooking. These skills shine through in her unicorn-inspired mix of Orange Hi-C + Minute Maid® Sparkling Limeade + Fanta® Grape which consumers can try at a?Coca-Cola?Freestyle machine located at Burger King or Wendy’s restaurants located in Middlefield, Ravenna, Streetsboro or Aurora.
