The Garrettsville-Hiram Rotary, having been displaced at Cal’s II by the Garfield retirees, met in MB Realty to consider the following items:
*ongoing consideration of a lockbox program
*planning for the Reverse Raffle in November…sponsors, donors and ticket-buyers are high on the list of desirable contacts, also anyone interested in being a part of the operation as a new member–C’mon down!
*the railroad abutment mural is an ongoing discussion–possible relocation? Other suitable walls? New artist(s)? The grant timeline is a consideration.
*new members–the door is always open–Garrettsville-Hiram, Freedom, Windham–business or individual
* new chess club may be in the offing, October target
