Garrettsville Branch’s Adult Summer Reading Program

1270

Summer reading program at the Garrettsville Library has begun. Adults are invited to pick up an adult summer reading log. Those who complete one challenge will get a small prize. Those adults who complete all three challenges will receive a larger prize as well as an entry slip into a drawing for a $50 fuel gift card drawing. Two winners will be chosen.

The challenges include read the book to a movie you have already seen or watch a movie of a book you have already read, make a craft from a library item you have checked out, and, if you tend to always check out DVDs, check out another material format instead. Ask library staff at the circulation desk to mark your log to show you have completed a challenge for the small prize.

The Garrettsville Library, a Portage County District Library branch, is located at 10482 South Street in Garrettsville. Library service hours are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10:00 am – 8:00 pm; Fridays 10:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturdays 9:00 am– 5:00 pm; and closed Thursdays and Sundays.
