Conner Hunt has earned a spot on the prestigious U.S. Paralympics Track & Field High School All-American team for the 2024 season, recognized in the T54 classification for his performances in the 100-meter and 400-meter events.

The annual All-American list, which honors the nation’s top high school athletes with Paralympic-eligible impairments, features 46 outstanding competitors for 2024. This marks the 14th edition of the awards, designed to highlight young talent shaping the future of Para track and field.

Sherrice Fox, Director of U.S. Paralympics Track & Field, praised this year’s roster, saying, “These athletes are proof that the future is bright for Team USA.” Selection criteria focused on athlete performances compared to the “A” standard for the U.S. Paralympics Track & Field National Team. Eligibility required participation in high school track and field during the 2023–2024 school year.

Hunt joins an elite group of athletes, including Paralympic silver medalist Arelle Middleton, who was named Female Field Athlete of the Year for her historic achievements in women’s shot put F64. Rising stars Chloe Chavez and Samuel Winter were also honored as Female and Male Track Athletes of the Year, respectively.

With Hunt’s inclusion on this year’s All-American team, his standout performances position him as a promising competitor for the future of U.S. Para athletics.
